Job Description

Company Summary

We are a Christian based addiction and mental health treatment center that provides quality private in patient treatment. Founded in 2009, in British Columbia, we started with one location and have continued to expand, we now have 3 locations in BC and are now in Ottawa. We are opening a new 10 bed facility located in the city of Punta Gorda Florida.

Our focus is to provide top notch, individualized, affordable high quality treatment in a comfortable atmosphere. We provide treatment for both men and women, focusing on one on one sessions and SMALL circle groups rather than large classroom settings.

Approximate start date: Immediately

*Preference will be given to those whom include a cover letter staying why they are interested in the position and experience with addiction and sales.

Main objective: To Coordinate and build admissions

Main Responsibilities:

(Responsibilities are not limited to the following list)

  • Receive and cultivate admission calls.
  • Back call, to generate sales, and build relationships.
  • Nurture client call database.
  • Responsible for providing referrals to other community resources, when what we provide is not suitable, or obtainable. Build and maintain list of regional resources, for referrals.
  • Build chart of competitions prices and services to merge with other regional admissions coordinators for a complete competition service list.
  • Effectively communicate client leads with other Regional Admissions coordinators.
  • Fulfill admission targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships in market segments, including, but not limited to physicians, practitioners, social services, hospitals, lawyers, professional organizations, etc. Avenues may include: phone calls, letters, emails, visits, and conferences.
  • Increase program offline marketing campaigns with supervision from director to achieve admission goals for facilities and programs.
  • Keep current on trends, referral source needs and future opportunities.
  • Continues to build a professional referral network, keeping within referral fee budget.
  • Build and manage waitlist for regional center.
  • Facilitates potential clients facility tours, meetings and intakes.
  • Arrange and pick up / drop off clients and families to / from airport when required.
  • Tracks all related activity on a daily basis into CRM
  • Collaborate with Directors, Clinical Director, counselors, and other onsite staff.
  • Educate and provide family care packages to client families.
  • Serve as community liaison, for addition and treatment awareness.
  • Familiarize self with all company programs, policies and offerings.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures and guidelines .
  • Participate in staff meetings and trainings as assigned.
  • Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with all clients and staff.
  • Take on other positions on site as required.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Addiction, educational or personal Experience required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred in Marketing, Healthcare or closely related field OR minimum two (2) years of direct experience in marketing, sales, public relations, or communications, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing and communication principles, practices, and techniques preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Applicant in sobriety MUST have a minimum of 5 years of proven sobriety.
  • Applicant MUST be willing to abstain from ALL legal and illegal addictive substances while in employment, including alcohol, and marijuana.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Must be able to work competently, both onsite and independently
  • Flexibility to work in an field in which there are competing and changing priorities.
